About the event
Hi, I’m Shayne Brunet! I went through menopause at the age of 45, and I can attest that this phase of life can be completely destabilizing. There are moments when it can feel like you don’t even recognize who you are. But I want you to know that there is hope and you are not alone!
I’m also a late-diagnosed ADHD woman who has found success in various fields, including running a catering business for over 20 years and working as a doula for a decade. Now, I have stepped into the menopause coaching field to help other women navigate this transition with confidence.
